Make small changes to an open- source app

I need you to make changes to this Software: [login to view URL] You will need to give it a new name and icon (that I will provide) in 2 versions (2 different names and icons). You need to add an iFrame of 936x60 like in the attached image in 2 versions (2 different webpages to take the iframe from). You need to add a webpage, that every user get directed to on the first time he close the app. You need to make the app open in the tray - on every windows start-up and become the default D/L manager of the machine. This is very small project, I think it shouldn't cost more than $100, but please bid also if your quote is a bit higher. I have many projects like this (you can see in my profile) So if the job will be good, we will probably do many other jobs in the future. Thanks.
