FiFA 13 ULTiMATE TEAM AUTOBUYER

Hello, i need a FIFA 13 Ultimate Team Autobuyer, to work a long with the web app this auto-buyer should allow me to buy player and consumables and at a low price and then sell them on at market value. It should be able to buy the card within 5 seconds (5 seconds max) of it being put on the market, to make sure that i get it first. It should also keep out-bidding other users up to a certain amount, and when it hits that amount it will stop bidding. It should also be able to buy cards below market value via the buy it now option, and then it should be able to re list the player at a higher buy it now price. So therefore, when i am buying a card i should be able to set a maximum buy it now and a maximum bid price. The autobuyer should be able to search every player in the game, as well as every consumable. Once bought it should go to my account.
