Encode PHP files into a Zend encoder compatible format

I would like you to create a Zend Optimized PHP page. To achieve this you would need to do what Zend Guard 5 does (for the encoding part). Please see that all of these requirements are met: - The sources should be coded in a cross-platform language (is it Java/PHP/C++/Python or any other... Preference goes to C++). More, they should work on both Linux and Windows (and Mac, but that's not really necessary). - No need for a fancy GUI, just a commandline tool is OK. It should however accept some parameters to ensure I can encode different PHP files (it shouldn't overwrite current ones). - You will demonstrate the program by encoding a huge project (for example you can test it on osCommerce, Overlord, dotProject and so on). This would cover already a lot of the PHP functions. - Your delivery should encode a PHP project into a format which can be read by Zend Optimizer 3.0.0 and later. Please state in your bid what language you will be using, the time it would take and some minor description of your method. "I can do it" bids will be automatically discarded. Both individuals and companies are welcome to bid on this one. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
