Automated Betting Exchange Tool

I need a standalone application which will have several windows within the main application window. The program also needs to remember its current X,Y co-ordinates and dimensions of the actual window when closed, then when re-loaded it should open itself with these settings. *Window A) *This window contains the list of horses and meetings with prices in a list box, where the user can select which horse they wish to bet on. [see further down for where this information comes from] *Window B) *This window contains a live internet window where the user can log into his/her betting exchange. There needs to be tabs where the user can switch between different live internet pages within the same window (the URL for each tab is defined in the options screen from the pulldown menu. There is a tick box for “Constantly Update???. When enabled, the software automatically scans through all the races available and extracts the required information and displays it in window (A). How frequently it updates (in secs) is defined from a settings window which is obtained from a pull down menu. It should list all the horses in each race with the prices available and the meeting time/place. The user should be able to highlight a horse in the listbox within Window (A) and then define the stake in the textbox, then click on “BET NOW!??. At this point, the software then needs to be able to automatically navigate through the Betting Exchange to the correct race and place the bet on the chosen horse without any user intervention. (for those unfamiliar with betting exchanges, please goto <[login to view URL]> and visit the betting exchange links at the top (especially betfair) to see how the exchanges work to be sure you will be able to make the software function correctly.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Executable must run under Windows XP. Source Code / Project must be compilable under MS Visual Studio, written in C/C++.
