Spider for collecting contact information

I want to collect contact information about specific individuals in the USA using a spider. It will be run on new names and addresses that are added to my customer database. The goal of the spider is to find phone numbers for these individual, their neighbors and potencial relatives. It will use their name and address in the USA to look these things up. The spider needs to be written in vb.net and should not use any 3rd party tools to work. It will have different routines which return phone numbers,.... Sometimes we will do a lookup based on the exact address, and name. If few records are found, the search will be expanded to someone with this name in the state..... The spider will utilize free sites such as [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] to gather the information. Currently i have a SQL Server 2000 table structure to store the findings of the spider. It is important that exact duplicates are not entered into the db. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
