SMS integration with MSN Messanger

Hello , I don't know is it possible or not ! I need a client program user can install it in his PC to make additionl service in MSN Messanger that is sending SMS to some one . he should be able to send the SMS in tow mehtods : Firs one is to enter other party mobile number and the text . Secont method is to selcet a user from his buddy lest that install already same program and send him a message while he don't know his mobile number . in this case user should be enter his mobile number when i he install this program in his PC , so the program can know the mobile number of the other party . there should be a website to register with and buy credits to be able to send SMS . user should use his email account that he register with in MSN Messanger service to be easy to send him a message . I have sms provider right now , and it should be easy to change it any time by changing few lines in the website . This is just overview about the project , and for sure it need some idea from the programmer . I will accept only professional coders to not lost a time with uncompletable projects .
