Simple Web based XML Editor(DataGrid)

A web based xml editor that also has the capability of uploading files, images etc automatically. Using the DataGrid. It's basically a table with columns and rows. The left textbox will have no text formatting capabilites - pure text only. The right column would is used to insert an image that is stored on the client pc. Expanding the Grid would reveal other fields to upload attachments and below the image there will be a mechanism to upload a different image and add metadata regarding the image. When updating, software will be capable of knowing that the image or file is a local file based on its path information and convert it to a URL based link and upload it to a server location that is predetermined in a config file. The config file is an XML file to be used to set all of the parameters. All of the information that was typed in or inserted into the XML form (DataGrid) will be converted to well formed XML data and sent to a database or stored in a variable to be passed to a function to do the same. The software must be developed in ASP.NET using C#. ASPUpload or others can be utilized to upload the files to the server. I would prefer a pure ASP.NET solution. The editing screen must contain a toolbar or link buttons near the edited table that is capable of inserting another copy of itself either above or below the current row to enter more text and another image and therefore adding additional XML data. The toolbar or link buttons must also must be capable of changing the order or sequence of each table without refreshing the page if possible. example functions include: Move Up, Move Down, Duplicate, and Remove. Must have the ability to re populate the tables/form, using functions and/or parameters, with existing well formed XML data from a database so it can be modified and saved again. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in source form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
