Shut down the COM+ objects

Hello, This project is to develop a One Off Tool via web. A developer will access the web app in an intranet environment and will be able to apply a One Off (dll,.asp page). This means, specifying a machine,and a file to be [login to view URL] developer will upload a file (either a dll or .asp),the web app will access the target machine (impersonating an acct) and will locate the existing file, rename the old existing file to <name>.old and copy the new one to the location. In case of the .dll,it might be a COM+ object in use at the time,in this case, we will need to shut down the COM+ objects and IIS,and execute the procedure of replacing it. As a demo i just need from you a web app,that will show me a list of machines in the network (will load up the domains,and machines in a pulldown menu), and impersonating an account,shut down the objects. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
