ORDER MANAGER

The order manager is really ground zero for any at our website. The buyer begins by search on orders he/she has placed through the System. They may search on order #, item #, isbn, title, author, keyword etc. When the search results are displayed the customer may 1. request a refund for an item. Database field is updated and an email is sent to the seller requesting a refund. Information about the item ordered along with the buyer information should be included in the email. 2. They may also view feedback left by the seller for this particular item (HTML LINK OUT TO FEEDBACK PAGE) PASS ITEMID # 3. send a link to the product information to a friend (HTML LINK OUT TO TELL-A-FRIEND SCRIPT). PASS ITEM # 4. They may also view the seller information (LINK OUT TO SELLER SUMMARY PAGE) PASS SELLERID 5. They may leave seller feedback (LINK OUT TO FEEDBACK PAGE WITH ITEMID #) 6. VIEW OTHER ITEMS OFFERED BY THIS SELLER (LINK OUT TO SELLER OFFERINGS BY PASSING SELLERID) 7. ADD THE SELLER TO BLACK/WHITE LIST (LINKS OUT TO BLACKLIST/WHITELIST SCRIPT) 8. VIEW ITEM INVOICE (LINK TO INVOICE PAGE AND PASSING ITEMID #) 9. THEY MAY TRACK ORDER (LINK TO TRACKING SCRIPT IF TRACKING NUMBER IS AVAILABLE. THIS MUST BE DONE IN CLASSIC ASP! ITEMS WHICH “LINK OUT?? DO NOT NEED TO BE PROGRAMMED AT THIS TIME. WE JUST NEED TO BE ABLE TO PASS THE APPROPRIATE DATA AS INDICATED IN THE URL. THIS ITEM WILL USE A JOIN SCRIPT TO JOIN AT LEAST 3 TABLES. THE ONLY ACTUAL "PROGRAMMING" WILL BE THE REFUND REQUEST MENTIONED IN ITEM #1 ABOVE. THE REST SHOULD DISPLAY ON THE SEARCH RESULTS AND LINK OUT TO OTHER PRE-EXISTING FUNCTIONS. SQL SCRIPTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO CREATE THESE TABLES FOR YOU IN YOUR MS SQL DATABASE LOCALLY SO YOU CAN DEVELOP AND TEST. A BONUS OF $15 WILL BE PAID IF YOU COMPLETE THIS PROJECT WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BID ACCEPTANCE. IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK THEM. ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED AS REQUESTED BY THE PROGRAMMER. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
