Member-based Website

I am a professional web DESIGNER (and SEO expert) seeking a PROGRAMMER to do back end and front end development on an membership-based event listing website. I have attached mocks of the design and layout. Note: NO DESIGN NECESSARY, I will be doing all of the design/layout work, I just need a developer to make it interactive, while creating it SEO-friendly, in CLEAN code. I currently have a programmer working on it, but it's not fast enough for the timeline that I'm trying to hit - mid Oct. I'm very hands on with my projects, so I want to be very active in the creation of this site. Here is what I'll need: - page template (CLEAN layout, clean code, SEO aware) - themes - 4 cities with different event/nightclub listings (user be able to select city from drop down and new theme appears) - 2 types (roles) of membership registration (user and promoter/venue)also capture email address for newsletter (will have checkbox to sign up with registration, will not have sign up box on site) - event posting/venue posting (see mocks) - event list (searchable by calendar, category, search box) (see mock) - event details w/image and text fields (see mock) - nightclub list (searchable by category, search box) (see mock) - nightclub details w/image and text fields (see mock) - photo galleries for promoters (random photos to appear throughout site as shown on mock) - banner ads with start date/end date (see mocks) - admin control area for me to approve event/night club postings, promoters, add events/nightclubs, post banners (per sections, cities) etc Some similar sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] That is the gist for phase 1, I do plan to add and implent more in phase 2 and 3, but if we have a good working relationship and everything is to my liking, there is more money to be made, plus I also have other clients needing programming services that I am not able to provide. I'm also interested in trading some design/static website work for this project as I have a LIMITED budget for this project (as I was going to have a friend do it for free). Payment Terms: 25% upon completion of front-end design (my design/layout) and functionality 25% upon completion of a working model (front-end and back-end) 50% upon completion of all testing, bug fixing and satisfactory results
