IPB Skin ( Invision Power Board ) design

I just don't have the time. I am looking for someone experienced with IPB Invision Power Board (and gallery mod). I need a "skin" created to my specifications. I am looking for a very simple skin. The skin will have very few graphics, will use subtle colors and a lot of nice layout design and neat interface. I am open to creativity, but I want the skin to work well, look professinal, easy to integrate, quick loading, savvy look. *See [login to view URL] for background info. I want the skin to be uploadable, importable, useable with any IPB forum and Gallery setup (2.14 version). All pages should be easily printable from any computer. The output from PhP should be valid CSS/PHP/HTML/XML and must pass the test. I will have a lot of revisions and the final skin will be copyrighted to me only. I pay with paypal only. The time frame is 30 days to complete the project. You must have a version of IPB or be very familiar with skinning IPB to bid.
