Flash and ASP update

I own a website - [[login to view URL]][1] . I am now looking to update the games part. The coder will need to use flash and asp to edit my admin to make it so I can add any game and it will do the following things... 1. Display an ad for 15 seconds. 2. Display the token ratio payout I set on the side (A ratio in the games admin that I set what score gives what token payout). 3. Allow the user to select how many credits they use (this is already in palce but may need to be altered for the new token system). 4. The game will play as normal. 5. At the end, it will add a certain amount of tokens to their account based on their score. The payout is determined by the token ratio payout. 6. Then, after it adds it (should take less than a second so the suer can't tell, and there should be no popup invlovded in adding the tokens) it should display a screen that says: Congratulations! Final Score: Tokens Won: (Play Again) (Play A Different Game) (Quit) Play Again should send them to the ad for 15 seconds again. Play a different game sends them to a list of game. Quit exits the popup. You will need to make some small admin changes as well as collaberate with my asp coder who is redoing the advertising system. You must have (or if you don't have make, it's free) a yahoo instant messenger account to talk to me and the other coder. I also recommend you register for my website (it's free) and check out the game system before you bid. I will provide you with 3-4 different games to test the system on. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
