I need to have capability where an administrator has the power to create a client account and have a "note" systemm which is basically a log or a Q & A of the process of the program. For example if I enter a new client, they will be led to their homepage on the website and then any new important information regarding their account will be placed in a box at the top. Then I need a logged transaction of questions & answers placed by both the adminstrator and the client so the client is completely and always updated on their process.
