78498 Installation of Directory Scri

I need an internet directory script installed. The script is written by [url removed, login to view] and is called superlinks. I started to install it myself and got this error: "Trying to connect to the database... Couldn't connect to the database server (localhost) and database (superlinks). Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/[url removed, login to view]' (2)" I looked up my hosting specs and this is what looks like may be the problem: "Now here is the tricky part - A) use a colon in front of the MySQL Socket address (this is what they sent in the email) for your DSN - :/home/*username*/*[url removed, login to view]*/.database/mysql/[url removed, login to view] " Please contact me throught the message board if you need more information.
