49069 Update Control Panel + Paypal

We will be building onto existing software that is currently being used at [login to view URL] for use on a new website. The current system requires us to upload the adjusted files via ftp, but we'd like to be able to make adjustments from the control panel. You will need to upload/ setup the script and set up the new database 1)To be able to change/ add/ update product descriptions, prices, quantity, etc. & add/delete photos (1 large / 1 small) and to assign these to a product. 2)Ability to add notes to orders (which are currently being stored in the control panel) 3)Option to charge by total bill instead of by item. 4)Content html edit box to be used on 6 different pages. For instance, they have a news box that they will need to be able to update from the control panel.
