Kinect for windows SDK (kinectG)

please check the images i've draw. here is what i need: someone in front of the kinect dancing and talking then it will be retransmitted live on a TV the women dancing will be represented by an avatar that I will provide you i want the women dancing to be able to interact with the people in front of the tv, so the avatar will be interacting with the people when the women talks, the lips of the avatar should move. I want this to be editable, so i can change the avatar from project to project
