PCB Schematic redesign & improvement

Hello,
I have a current PCB layout that I am using for one of my projects, designed and assembled by me. Nothing too fancy, I am not a hardware pcb engineer. The pcb uses Arduino with BLE HM-10 and relays.
I want to highly improve it, switch the Arduino to ESP32, use transistors and fully assemble it on [login to view URL]
I am looking for someone senior in PCB design that can redesign the current schematic, catch possible problems and that can do simulations before ordering the PCB.
I can share the schematic in private.
