Wireless remote control with LCD

Hi all,
We are looking for a hardware engineer to help us build a wireless remote control with LCD and silicone buttons. See the drawing picture attached for an overall idea of the end product. The remote control will communicate with our existing ECU (another PCB based on Arduino Mini Pro with HC-12 for communication).
The PCB design and minimal code functionality is what we need.
Important notes about the product:

- TFT LCD integration needed, both hardware and software (see the docs attached: lcd datasheet, lcd driver datasheet, lcd connector datasheet). The LCD will display simple white/purple/green text on black background - no images, nothing too fancy.
- the buttons layout is rotatable, so the remote can be placed in different positions (landscape/portrait) - see the "positions" drawing. An additional smaller PCB might be required where the buttons with sit. The buttons PCB and main PCB will communicate via small board-to-board connectors. (see the real-life "inspiration" pictures with a similar product)
- it's wireless, so charging functionality is necessary. A female USB-C connector and a rechargeable battery will be needed.
- ATmega micro-controller would be suitable since we have knowledge into Arduino coding.
- for the wireless communication, we will use the HC-12 module, we already have the code and a minimal test hardware for it (based on Arduino Nano V3).
- 4 buttons are illuminated white and 1 will be purple/green (RGB led here).
- the enclosure and silicone layout will be created after the PCB.
We aim to keep the remote as slim as possible - we can discuss some more here. We also have some minimal knowledge in hardware design and coding. We are engineers ourselves.
