Descripción de empleo<br />Listing Info<br /><br />Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.<br /><br />As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.<br /><br />Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Individual in this role will also contribute or lead process, tooling, and or communication efforts in support of Problem Management continual process improvement efforts.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Details<br /> Work with operational teams to drive the development of Root Cause Corrective Action plans as assigned and per GIT process. This includes scheduling and driving postmortem meetings.<br />Scheduling and driving “follow” on activities required to determine root cause when required.<br />Tracking and reporting on Corrective action status.<br />Using a variety of techniques (e.g. sampling, surveys) data mining, and statistical perform targeted studies to identify problem areas and root causes.<br />Work with operational teams to identify cost effective solutions to eliminate root causes or mitigate their impact.<br />Develop and deliver presentation on targeted studies.<br />Lead cross functional team efforts to identify and develop remediation plans for problems.<br />Develop and assure applicable documentation specific to, and supportive of, GIT Problem Management operations is complete and up-to-date.<br />Contribute to Problem Management strategy.<br />Understand the key IT tools and their<br />Provide input to GIT Problem Management tooling strategy, team goals, and objectives.<br />Produce Problem Management metrics when assigned.
