Looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage daily job applications on my behalf, specifically through Indeed.com. The focus will be on applying to W2 and C2C software engineering positions with the ultimate goal of converting any accepted offers to Corp-to-Corp (C2C) contracts. You will be remoting into an application-specific computer via TeamViewer. This is a milestone-based project, with payment made for every 20 job applications submitted. Responsibilities: Connect to the designated computer via TeamViewer to access [login to view URL] and the provided automation tools. Use the provided automation tools to assist in quickly applying to jobs. Browse [login to view URL] daily to identify job openings that match specific criteria (namely, compensation and skillset related to Node.js). Apply to these jobs using provided materials such as resume and cover letter, directly via Indeed.com. For applications that take you to external sites, store application details in a designated spreadsheet. Provide proof of each job application submitted at the end of each respective milestone. Requirements: Basic understanding of job application processes, particularly on Indeed.com. Experience with remote desktop software, specifically TeamViewer. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Good organizational skills for tracking applications, including proficiency in spreadsheet software. Ability to work independently. Must be discreet and maintain confidentiality. Contract Terms: This is a milestone-based contract position with an emphasis on performance and efficiency. Payment will be made at a rate of $5 for every batch of 20 job applications successfully submitted. Contractors are expected to utilize the provided automation tools to expedite the application process. The contract is designed for ongoing collaboration; it will be extended indefinitely, adding new milestones, contingent on a positive working relationship and satisfactory performance from the contractor.
