Software repair linking to google maps api - repost

We are a recruitment company based in the UK and require our existing preference matching recruitment software to be repaired and re-linked to Google Maps API. We encourage this as the spec may need some more questions answering. This will be given to the bidder that demonstrates the best capability not to the quickest to apply hence there is no rush to make a bid. Those we have previously worked with on similar projects hold a distinct advantage.
