Selling software for Cafe House

I want a small and not expensive software in .NET (c#) for help me in the cafe House I could write it but i have not enough time and knowledge to make it from start. I need a basic functionality with the descibed funtions. I have attached screenshots to the program what i created. I want to have implemented the following functionalities: - Login - Copy protection (Aktivation?, using by MAC Address) - Touch screen possibility only the selling area (Admin can be Windows application) - availability to translate (I need in Hungarian - i will translate it) - Install Shield - Selling - Printing Invoice - Partner master data - Internal messaging - Creating different rooms with Tables, and chairs (layout i will give you - the tables) - Administrator features: - Master Data - Stock management - Orders (pint an order) - Articles - Mixed articles (example: Cappuchino needs milk and coffe) - Planing the layout of the rooms - Settings Technical details: I want to make the finishing of the product so you have to write it in a technology what i have - Visual Studio 2008 - DevExpress 9.2.6 or above - Database: something free. SQL Lite, SQL Server Express 2005/2008 If you bid please bid a real sum of money. I have not so much for this Project. Thank you,
