Need an application to take screenshots of the X-Lite program and all its child windows

The application needs to be written in VB.NET. It will monitor the free X-Lite application (you can download it from [login to view URL]) and create a screenshot of the main window and child windows as they appear. It needs to work in a single monitor or multiple monitor environment. Please note that it is not an obvious job. I already tested with code found over the Internet which works for other applications but does not work with this one. It returns an image of the right size but completely black. Do not bid if you're not sure you can do it. Not more than $50.
