Music effects for computer keyboard Description: This program will allow a musical note to be assigned to each key on a computer keyboard. A specific note will sound as each key as it is pressed. An input window will allow choice of musical note (input in Hertz or as the name of the note: second octave A, A#, B, B# etc) to be assigned to each letter. For example if letter “q?? is set to 440Hz, each time the “q?? key is tapped, that note will play. Several profiles can be saved allowing other musical note to keyboard key specifications can be chosen. For example in Profile 1, “q?? = 440 Hz, but in Profile 2, “q?? = 370 Hz. A tuner feature will allow all pre-defined notes to be tuned to play sharper or flatter as necessary in order to play in tune with other instruments. This feature could be shown as a slider or % flat/sharp input. It must have the same effect on all keys so that individual tuning of each key is not necessary. The text that is typed must be displayed on the screen while using this program. The typist will hear each key as it is typed. The musical note will be maintained or repeated as long as the key is being pressed.
