I am looking for somebody who can assist me to find a 3 room apartment in Heilbronn or Ludwigsburg, Germany for a period of at least 3 years. - The apartment could be in a village. - The monthly rent should not be more than 700 Euro/month - The freelancer should be from Germany. - The project is considered closed in the moment of the signing of the Rent Agreement. - Please bid only if you are available to do this job accurate and serious. Hi, I live in the area of Rems-Murr-Kreis which is next to Ludwigsburg and very expensive as well. I've managed to find a 4room apartment for 600€ monthly for my parents and a 3 room apartment for 500€ monthly for my best friend. As a former student I have lived on a very low budget and have found useful ways to detect apartments on decent price level. FYI: I am 24 years old, German Native speaker and I know the area of Stuttgart/Ludwigsburg very well as I was raised here my entire life
