Write an iPhone application

hello i'm looking for a mobile application that can help people if they want to go for example to their university they can enter the app and search for their university and write down the building number or name and take them to their building then it's enter the building and showing them the maps of each level and the user search for her/his class number then the app will show him the class and will draw a line from where he is until going to the class actually i want it to work with more than a university i want each ( university , mall , hospital ..etc ) can have an account in the app and adding their level's map then connect their offices or stores to the app so anyone want to go to a mall and write the name of any store for example " apple " the app will show him the line to the store so i need in the app : a very good UI the system shall be easy to use ( universities , malls .. etc ) can have accounts to add their maps and save their store's locations for the users each account can have a wall so they can say what ever they want to their visitor like a blog or like tweets for example a stores in any mall can announce if their a SAVINGS at any days or any new collections .. etc i need a very interested developers and UI guys to work in such kind of app thank you so much .
