Write an Android application for website

Project Deliverables. i. Allow land sellers in different places(Sellers) to post land that they are selling to the Company data base. ii. Collect demographic data; the app should have a scanning capability to get data from Seller's Identity Card / PIN (personal identification number) and Land Title. iii. Collect the Seller's contact details (email/cell phone) and have capabilities for confirming these details. iv. If possible integrate with social media sites especially viral buttons, like buttons etc. v. Register the exact location the Seller is posting the item for sale. vi. Prompt Sellers to state location which the app will store as default. vii. Allow Sellers to scan land titles and attach to the post. The scan should rip off the data displayed on the land title, Sellers PIN, ID card and create a portfolio for that Seller ix. The application should register ask price. x. The application should allow the Seller to upload images of the property/land they are selling. xi. All images should have geo location capability and the app should compare the geo location of the images and match with the Sellers location stated in (v) above. xii. The app should reject the application if the location in (v) and (vi) above are not consistent pending approval by the Company. xiii. The app should reject the application if the Seller's names of the land title, identity card and title reference don’t match pending approval. xiv. The app should create a data base of all entries and have statistical capabilities. xv. The app should have capabilities of data analysis and accommodate future inclusion of statistical formula. The Company has several formulas to be incorporated. xvi. The app should be able integrate with the Company website and display the property/land available for sale xvii. The app should have a bidding platform where Sellers can receive bids from potential clients (Bidders). xviii. Bidders’ location should be registered. xix. The app should be able to populate legal contracts with all above information together with the Bidder’s details and send the contracts email to the Seller and Bidder's lawyers or the Bidder. Register as Seller or Buyer Sellers will place the Land for Sale (Gather verified data, Image, Address, GPS Point etc) Buyers will buy the lands from listing One can reserve On reservation a certificate will be generated
