Modify Cordova Application

Hi, I have a Cordova based mobile application. I need a small modifications made to it. The mobile application opens a web-application in it. The web-application has functionality of sharing few things on social media websites like facebook etc. When the Share button on the page is clicked, it opens a new browser tab outside the mobile application and user cannot return back to the application after sharing. What I want is that when the Share button on the page is clicked, the social media website page (like facebook) should open inside the mobile application and after sharing user should remain in the mobile application. I am facing similar situation with Login through Social media also. I think it would require a cordova based social media plugin to be used and method of communication between a webpage and mobile application. It should not be a difficult for experienced coders. Please do not bid if you don't have any experience in building mobile apps in cordova/phonegap and also put in examples of your previous work in your proposals. Thanks
