iPhone application with call, sms, Whatsapp detection

I need an iPhone app prototype that will do as following: 1). Detect phone calls (and the app will read the phone number). 2). Detect SMS (and the app will read the phone number and the message). 3). Detect WhatsApp call (and the app will read the phone number). I think it will work in iOS 10. 4). Works in background (so it is able to do the above tasks). I need it preferable in Swift, support for iOS 10. Point 1,2,4 are important. UI is not important at the moment. Once the above points are implemented, I can hire further to complete the full functionality. Milestones will be created and paid only after a working prototype is shown. Budget is 70 USD.
