iPhone and Android Town App

We are looking for someone to develop both an Android and an iPad app for a town. Details as follows: Functionality to include: Report a problem form - Name (optional) - Address/location of problem - Phone (optional) - Email (optional) - Details of problem - info on form would be sent to an email address Garbage and Recycling Scheduling (will need to be managed via an interface by the client) - Select your location - See your collection schedule - Show links to recycling facilities option Event calendar (will need to be managed via an interface by the client) - Include search - Show month & dates with month-to-month toggle - Indicate events and details page when clicked on Link to Town Twitter feed (to open in Twitter) News Alerts - Section where the client can add alert posts (i.e. water main break) - Client can also update alert statuses - Alerts to push to users phones/mobile devices based on their device settings Apps will need to include settings where the user can allow or disallow notifications. Please quote for iPhone and Android separately (or if price is the same for both please quote total for both - please ensure to specify how your bid is divided between both apps). Only experienced app developers with a portfolio of past app development will be considered. Applicants must speak and write fluently in English and be readily available during normal business hours.
