CrimeLand iPhone Turn Based Game

1. This is a turn based strategy and adventure story mixed game genre. 2. This must be developed using GoDot game engine, first for iPhones and if successful will use you to help port using GoDot to Android phones, and then tablets. 3. This will have some animations - that will come last. This will be a card game concept, turn based. 4. This will have a story used to introduce the player to the game, and can be played while not playing online players. That must be developed first. 5. Second will be the playing other players. The design for that will come after we satisfy the first 4 levels of the story part of the game, that way we can get the major parts of this working in whole and then can add. 6. AI will exist to play against then during the story mode. 7. Story, you just get out of jail, and your picked up as a street thug (lowest level) to work a street for a crime family. You will choose between male or female character, just one of each to start. You will have a base health, base intellgence, base attack and defense. Weapon and defense cards are pulled during the game to be able to help with attack and help with defense. 8. You fight to win a street corner. You fight to won both corners and therefore own the street. 9. You fight again to own 4 streets, to own a block. 10. Fight again (you can see as you progress it gets harder), and you own 4 blocks+ to own half a city. 11. Fight again to own a city. That is the end of the starting story. 12. Once you own a street, you can hire people to work under you, and can own businesses. 13. Business rise in size from bar, strip clubs, speak easy, food / hotel, and casino's. Owning a street brings one type of business, owning a block another, and owning a city another level. Card based against. Business make money, you need money to hire people and to make more money. Money also used to buy card packs, to get better weapon and defense draws. The above should be enough design detials for anyone that has done mobile game development to be able to have a good idea of what needs to be completed here. Because its turn based, that means dice based rolls for engine that controls attacks and defense and how power, health, etc. is affected. THIS MUST be done in GoDot game engine and development, no other game engine and development tools. All sprite and art work must be created and will be owned by me at the end. This is 2d game, not 3d, for now. What is super important is the game engine, the story line, and the ability to have the art style be the same throughout the game. This is a phased project, and so this is phase 1. If good work is done the same development will continue to complete the next phases.
