This "bid" is merely a helpfull piece of information, to help you avoid a big mistake. What you're asking and what you're expecting does not meet up. The main 2 reasons are: 1. Your budget is off the track - not a single playable multiplayer rpg game has ever been developed in the range of <$5.000 (which merely covers very basic mechanics) and 2. "I need this done fast" - if you want it to be good, even what seems like the simplest game could take upwards of a month to complete, test and finalize before it could be deemed worth it for users in what is a really competitive market. So inbefore you go waste $250 + whatever you've already put towards assets, you might want to reconsider if this is your best approach for earning a few bucks, how much this project really means to you and what kind of quality you're really looking for.
