Write an image rating application (iOS OR ANDROID)

Need a talented mobile developer or team to design a simple user interface mobile application for EITHER iOS OR ANDROID. Upon project completion, we will discuss the price to make a duplicate for the other mobile platform. We want the same application for both platforms but only need one to start. The app will be an image rating system similar to Tinder / Hot or Not with different features. The correct team or individual for this project will have mobile apps in their portfolio for us to view and must be able to implement the following within the app: Facebook Connect / User Creation User Image Upload from Facebook User to User Chat User Blocking / Flagging Features Google Wallet For Payments / Unlocking Features Limits on specific interactions Creating a Searchable Table of Users Admin Analytics on Number of Users / Actions GPS Enabled User to User Search Short Saveable Profile for Users Search Settings for Users. The User Interface is VERY minimal and will be using a predesigned template that will be provided for use. If you win the bid, you will be required to sign a NDA and will not own any of the code developed for us or develop a similar project. If you are awarded the second app project, we will hire you at a rate of $50/hr full time.
