iPhone Call logging/tagging app.

I need a basic iPhone application that will log all incoming and outgoing calls with the ability to "tag" calls after you disconnected. This "tag" will assign the call to a particular contact with the duration of the call. When we finished the basic app, it must grow to something like [login to view URL] and a lot more. And we need to port this app to BB, Android, Windows phone. So we are really looking for a programmer to build a long lasting relationship!!!
