an app to work on all smart phones, tablets and computers

I am looking for someone to create a simple app for all devices; this app will have these fields 1. Name self-input box 2. Up to 10 events per name 3. Each event under each name to be active or not active but remembered 4. event time 5. Event date 6. repeat every, 1-59 min,1-24hours,every which day, every day, every week, every month 7. set reminder tone, snooze, second snooze 8. up to 10 self- input note sections per event 9. allow up to 100 different names all with active or not active but remembered 10. edit, change, delete everything, all from within each name 11. Front page to list names, click to enter information, edit and show if name is active or not active. 12. Allow multiple names to have events at same time with only one alarm type, being the first input for that time. I have attached a picture diagram of the different levels
