Write an HTML5 app to allow conference attendees to "sign in" to a seminar. Interface: 1. User logs in with name and presses "submit" 2. Information is sent to a web based data base, recording name, time, IP address and geographical location. 3. At end of seminar, user is prompted to provide feedback 4. User is asked 2 questions (rated 1-5 stars), and has a text box for comments 5. When user submits feedback, app collects name, time, ip address and geo location Need to develop webpage and the back end. App is for an event in early February. Need to design the back end so I can input new conference details in the future.

Hello I have developed Similar kind of app for one of the event which is expired now. In that i have developed mobile website with event details, venue details , registration details, Polling , Question and answer session. User used to type question from mobile and that was displayed on the screen for speaker to view. Similar for polling. From your specs i see you want below modules 1. User registration 2. View Event details 3. USer data is saved in db to view in admin panel 4. Provide Feedback 5. Feedback is viewed in admin 6. Questions being managed from admin 7. Hi, I am fluent with jQuery, CSS, and HTML. Your requirements are very interesting, and I would like to work with you, if possible. I am very new to freelancing. What language is being used in back end? I have worked on Java, but also know a little bit of PHP and ASP .NET. I am curious as to what details you need for geolocation. Will the latitude and longitude be sufficient or do you prefer the street address? Another query I had was regarding the time. Will the time on user's device do or the server should record the time when it receives the request? Thanks Avi
