Write an Android application (FLV PLAYER) -- 2

1. I need a simple mobile video player that can playback (flv and mp4 files, m3u8) the vlc lib library 2. need it to run on android 2.3 or higher with http streaming capabilities 3. (important) because http streaming we need it to be able to (seek fast forward) using the arrow buttons on the keyboard (right and left) 4... default to full screen mode (when playing) no status bar 5. need the original sdk, 6. Requirements will need to be compatible on a (single core cpu 700Mhz) 512MB ram 7. Playback up to 720P smoothly (flv and mp4) 8. Needs to be able to play from an XML about 20 links to m3u8 file. However (up and down) key arrows on my kesyboard will allow the player to scroll thru the playlist Ill send each bidder, a 720p mp4 file to ensure smooth playback Simple project, and there are other flv players out there (this is simple) yet we need the sdk (most important) No big bids and a demo is ideal. Will be working with another developer as well to implement this app into an existing application later.
