I have an android application that has been on the market for a few years and still gets sales but is in dire need of UI improvements. I'd like to start now with building tablet layouts. The app is called MPM - Mobile Project Manager. It works on tablets but not optimized. I am able to provide the general basis upon which to build but I do not have the time to finish getting the android fragments to work. I have a hierarchical list screen and a task detail screen. I need you to convert them to working fragments for which selecting an item in the project hierarchy will open a pane showing the detail information, editable of course. More details will be given, along with existing code and layout framework desired, upon bidding.
