Android Developer - Organizer Application (professional)

I’m looking for a professional Android developer that can create an app involving barcodes and databases. The application will be used to keep track of products the following are some but NOT all of the functions: - User can login to connect to a remote database or use the application offline with a database on the device - The user will be able to add items manually or by using a barcode. - The barcode will be analyzed online and will return a product name and image to the device. - The app will show a list of items, the user can mark favorite items and sort the list. - The user can add items from a list to a new list and also delete items I already created a mockup and a list of functions that are needed. I will hire a designer to create the images for the application it will be your job to implement the design for android phones and tablets. The application will only be done when everything looks professionally and works perfectly I do not want you to apply if you cannot do a great job and finish your work.
