Android App: Shoutcast player

We have a draft Shoutcast radio player developed using the Appmobi streaming framework. We have one approximately 95% built, but have noticed various issues with it, precluding us from publishing to the app store. This includes: - At times, player will randomly stop and then restart playing the music from the beginning. This was typically around 30 minutes on a couple of different devices. - App pulls streams meta data which we parse and use to pull album covers, stream speed, etc. However, album covers and metadata with ''s or &s don't display correctly. Would need this fixed. - Must pass testing on multiple android device manufacturers and versions. - At times app will not clear buffered music from the SD card, resulting in filling up the SD card on some devices. - will require full source code returned to us for future changes. We have player layout designed and full source code (html and related files) from appmobi framework we'd share.
