Hi mate. What you need is not an Access database (unless external people are going to get connected to the database, retrieve data etc.) 1k rows (or even 10-20k) is not too much data. What you need is a correctly structured workbook (maybe we can also do it in Google Sheets as well) Let me tell you what that will include: 1. Your will have data input areas. Clearly defined, protected to prevent input errors and discrepancy. 2. We will set up formulas, pivot tables in the background. All data will flow there and get consolidated. 3. I built a complex Access Database some years ago, when it was the only way to run. In the last years, Excel has improved so much that it is needed an Access Database only with >1 ML rows of dataset. I can do what you like (Excel or Access), but I saw in your spreadsheet that you are not using all functionalities of Excel, so my suggest is: first optimize your spreadsheet, then, maybe in some years, maybe never, you can transform it in an Access Database.
