I need a 16 channel MOSFET board. I need the MOSFET to be low cost and small like RQ3E100GNTB. The board will contain a single MCP23017 I/O expander, the 16 mosfets, the resistors, and pin headers for the external connections. I would like this to fit on a Arduino Shield board if possible, and Keep the cost very low. I am providing data sheets for components, but if you know a better lower cost solution please let me know. I prefer Mouser part numbers. REVIEW ALL ITEMS BEFORE BIDDING IF YOUR BID DOES NOT SHOW ME YOU REVIEWED THE PROJECT I WILL NOT CONSIDER IT.

What exactly do you want this board to do?What are the mosfet for, control, switch?I need more specifications if you have an example it would be good.I use protues.
