Forex robot EA

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a simple EA no indicators or signals needed I must give it the instructions where to place buy stop and it's stop loss as well as sell stop order and it's stop loss then it must do it automatically when each trade hit stop loss it must automatically replace the pending order from where it was with it's stop loss and this show run in multiple assets same time. It must work in 1hr time frames. 1) "OK at first I should give the instructions to where to place the order then it must then do it automatically like I'll tell it to buy stop at 7270 stop loss at 7269 and sell stop at 7269 stop loss at 7270 then when buy stop hit stop loss at 7269 it should automatically replace another pending buy stop order at 7270 stop loss at 7269 same as when sell stop hit stop loss at 7270 it should automatically replace pending sell stop order at 7269 stop loss at 7270" That is, the strategy should simply open 2 pending orders with SL and reopen them if the order was closed by SL, right?
