Using a Ranking SVM

Hey. I propose to implement your problem using the Ranking SVM proposed by [login to view URL](Cornell University) which is the most cited and popular research paper in the field. I will also perform optimization by cross validation to fine tune the hyperparameters of the SVM. I plan to do it in Matlab if my bid is accepted. I can do it in any of the 4 languages so let me know.
