Resource Allocation and Interference management in Heterogeneous Cellular Networks

The project basically comprises a network of macrocells and femtocells, where the macrocells are distributed as hexagonal grid sturcture employing Fractional Frequency Reuse while the femtocells are distributed according to a poisson point process in a random manner. We intend to study resource allocation and interference management within such network, and find some optimal network parameters that maximize throughput and a metric called 'Harmonic Mean', to ensure fairness. I have attached here an existing published paper as initial reading material to serve as a guide, and then I will provide more detailed points in a word document of exactly what it is I need to be done. I need to state that the atatched paper here is not exactly what i want to be replicated, but some parts from the first section (outage probability derivation) will be included in my work, although with a slightly different model but same concept. I can provide any further clarifications when desired. The key for me is someone conversant in the area that will be able to execute the work in reasonable time and achieve expected results as outlined in my word document. I will upload the first Paper here which is the guide, and can provide the detailed word document when i find capable and interested applicants.
