Convert subroutines into words and symbols

This is a group of FORTRAN subroutines some subroutines are well explained and commented while others are not. These subroutines recreate the attached paper. I would like to know which subroutine(s) does which equation(s) and/or calculation(s). In other words, you will explain the subroutines in terms of the equations and calculations from the paper. The explanation will include:
1) inputs
2) calculations
3) outputs
and what do they represent in the paper?
if you can in addition convert and develop it in MATLAB and as well please let me know what would be the additional cost.

I have noticed that some of you bid for the additional work. Please bid for the basic project if you can do the additional MATLAB then send me the additional cost. Again please bid for the basic project work so as to compare bidders on the same basis
