*** Please enter bids on a per appointment basis *** Job Description: National Commercial Janitorial Company is looking for fluent and clear English telemarketer(s) / call center(s) who will set up appointments for us to bid on commercial cleaning services. This job is perfect for those who like to call from home, stay-at-home moms or those who just like to be their own boss. Their is no set hours for this position, call as much or as little as you like and make your own check! This is a numbers game, the more you play the more it pays. So the more calls you make, the people you speak with, the more money you will make. Appointment Quality: • Square Footage: – over 1,500 square feet but less than 100,000 square feet. • Frequency of Cleaning – At least 1 time or more a week. • Target Markets – All commercial facilities • Target area will be different cities around the US where we have offices. • Decision Maker - Facilities Manager, Property Manager, Person in Charge, Owner • A qualified appointment is a business who HAS a cleaning service and is unhappy, a business who HAS a cleaning service and their contract is up for renewal for a business who is actively looking for a janitorial service. Time Frame: This is steady employment! We have been in business for 19 years and we are looking to fill permanent positions. All appointments should supply the following information: 1. Name of Decision Maker. 2. Contact Information of Decision Maker (ext., direct line, email, etc). 3. Company Name. 4. City. 5. Zip Code. 6. Prospect's specific needs. 7. Best time for Client Rep to Contact Decision Maker. 8. Current janitorial services supplier (if any), and current frequency, How satisfied they are, issues/problems with current janitorial services provider and if possible, current costs. 9. Square footage Telemarketer/call center responsibilities and qualifications: • Clear and fluent English. • The ability to record your calls so we can listen to the set appointment is ideal but not required • We will provide you with the script to use, you may modify it if necessary. • Timely communication with us (we expect daily emails). • Previous experience setting b2b appointments is highly recommended but not required • Calling will be 9:00am – 5:00pm EST in most cases but this does change • We will provide the calling data • A Google doc is used to log appointments and they must also to be entered VIA Skype We will not pay for telephone lines, telephone usage, auto dialers, Skype minutes, your electric bill, kid's school tuition or anything above what we agree upon.
