Find my Opportunity Niche

I am launching a Network Marketing opportunity business. I am looking to recruit 12 individuals who would serve as a Founder's committee. They would be recruiting other affiliates to build a large organization. The target for this year is a group of at least 3,000. I need someone to help me research the best media to submit either press releases or post ads that would get us in front of really qualified individuals capable of building the group we expect. You must be familiar with marketing, advertising and press release. The media should be US only, therefore, English proficiency is a must. You will be required to give a full report with support for including the media recommended. A premilnary report will be required, before any monies are escrowed. I have a problem with people not performing and the escrow funds already in place.
