Research and Contact Website Owners

We are looking to purchase websites and need assistance with the following: -Identifying site owners and their contact information -Verifying site owner email contact information -Verifying site owner telephone contact information when possible -Contacting site owners via email to identify if a site is available for sale Specific websites to research will be based on Google results for the keyword phrase "Bill Consolidation". We will pay a flat fee for sending an email to the 200 site owners of the top 200 results for the keyword phrase bill consolidation. Each email will request verification of the site owner contact information and whether the site with all contents and backlinks are available for sale. A template for wording of the emails can be provided. A bonus will be paid for each successful contact with interest to sell their site.
