Make a theme for my magento website

I have a magento store which needs a style or theme applied to it. I would like a theme created which can be installed and help with Changing Magento`s default phone numbers and callouts before site launch. The logos and emails also need to be changed to match the company – all of the default magento information needs to be replaced with my information. I want to use something that looks like this theme. [login to view URL] - The store will be selling motor parts so the shopping bag should be a shopping cart. Other small details like that need to be made to work with out target audience. The store should be made to follow a color scheme of grays and the color scheme of my company. I will provide hex color codes. We have a logo and some graphics already. I have no access to the MySql DB. please note that when cosidering this job. The navigation of the example is exactly what I would like to have. The lay out is good the way it is in the example. The slide show at the beginning needs to allow up to 5 different items. The rotator should look as much like the once in the example as possible. Complete with text and image. The rotator should be easy to replace the text and image and alter the timing of the slide changes. The language is going to English, no others are needed at this time. No catalog work is needed for this project. It is for the store appearance and replacing the default magento information with my information.
